摘要近年来，中国人口老龄化趋势日益严重，给中国的基础医疗带来巨大压力。在医院，许多老年人无法得到充分的照料与康复。虽然医生可以根据病情制定相应的医疗对策，但是后续的疗养与康复却不能完整顾全。因此，家用的专为老年人的护理产品在现今就显得非常有价值。 本次毕业设计目的是为老年人设计一款家用的护理产品。具体定义为为老年人设计一款家用的肢体康复与锻炼器材，主要帮助老年人锻炼下肢，让其在医院就诊之后可以在家中就能得到一些康复性的护理锻炼。或者是在其发病之前，通过产品的使用，帮助其延缓关节病等其他肢体疾病发作的时间。 针对本次毕业设计，通过对老年人心理与运动状况的认知、自然交互的认识和肢体锻炼康复知识的了解，最终完成了老年人家用肢体康复锻炼器材的研究设计和与之匹配的交互界面的设计。 31792

Title A design about the elderly home-care product based on the natural interaction
Abstract Recently, the increasing population of Chinese elderly people brings huge pressureto the Chinese medical. In the hospital, many elderly people cannot get enoughcare and rehabilitation. Usually, doctors can offer the proper suggestion for theelderly, according to patient’s condition, but most patient cannot get subsequentrecuperate with rehabilitation after treatment in time. Therefore, home-careproduct, especially for the elderly is very important in today’s society and life. The goal is to design a home-care product, which can be defined as a exercise device.The product can help users do some physical exercise and rehabilitation, especiallyfor lower limbs. The product can provide patient with immediate and appropriaterehabilitation after treatment. Also, it can help elderly delay the unset of disease. Based on the cognition of elderly people’s mentality, knowledge of natural interaction and the way of rehabilitation for lower limbs, the design about the elderly home-care exercise device based on the natural interaction was successfully finished. At the same time, the design of interface matching this device was completed too.

1 绪论
1.1 设计简介 本次课题是设计一款基于自然交互方式的家用医疗护理装置，着重是针对老年人家用肢体康复锻炼器材的设计。设计中，通过对老年人生活习惯、喜好、生理和医疗关注点的了解，用一种老年人更加能接受的并且更加有效的方式来帮助其完成锻炼与康复。
1.2 医疗护理产品的定义范围与设计具体范围的确定 目前市场上的医疗护理产品种类繁多，具体大致能分为三类。第一类是康复运动类的护理器材，有肘(踝)关节康复器、肩关节康复器、肢关节康复器、上下肢训练脚踏车、手指关节康复器、腕关节康复器等。第二类是关于老年疾病护理的器材，有呼吸机、咳痰机、血压计、血糖仪、糖尿病治疗仪、高血压治疗仪、制氧机、视力辅助器等。第三类是日常护理辅助类，有服药提醒器、足浴盆、煎药器、轮椅、按摩椅、疼痛按摩器等。针对如此广泛的设计范围，本次课题设计最后选择了肢体康复锻炼为设计方向。因为目前，针对血压器，呼吸器等小型医疗设备的设计与改良已经做得比较成熟了。但是在大型器械方面，比如康复运动器材，还是有所欠缺；很少有能真正适用于老年人心理与习惯的产品。很多康复器材或者康复方式会给老年人带来心理和生理上的不满。因此，决定选题以康复器材为设计方向；主要定位为上下肢的康复，特别是对于下肢的。 基于自然交互方式的老人家用护理产品设计:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_28066.html
