上海产业经济园区规划建筑设计说明

1 项目概况
1.1 工程概况    。
项目位于上海市紫竹园区内紫星路666号，基地位于紫日路以东，紫星路以西，紫海路以南。规划总用地123215平方米，一期地块用地25317平方米，地势基本平整。
本项目性质整体规划产业园区，在一期地块内拟建设两幢总建筑面积约64000平方米的大楼（两栋建筑可考虑联成一体），其中地上面积55000平方米，地下面积9000平方米。
