摘 要：微博的快速发展更新了人们的沟通渠道，同时也促进了新的网络群体—微博意见领袖的出现。一方面，由于微博意见领袖分布广泛、身份明确、认可度高等优势，在信息传播、舆论引导、舆论监督等方面发挥这不容小觑的作用。另一方面，由于其滥用话语权、发布不实消息等原因，微博意见领袖也极易在大众中造成网络暴力和舆论动荡等。本论文针对这些问题提出三项改善方法，即完善法律法规、提升受众媒介素养、建立信息预警机制，希望可以为微博意见领袖的健康发展提供一些参考。7434

Analysis of the Effect of Micro-blog Opinion Leader Communication Social Hot Events
—To Li Tian Yi as An Example
Abstract:The rapid development of micro-blog innovates people’s way of communication. At the same time, it also stimulates the emergence of a new group of internet population—Micro-blog opinion leader. On the one hand, they often play an important role in forming public opinions, broadcasting positive power and correcting negative public opinions due to some special characteristics of micro-blog opinion leaders, such as their high authority, confirmed identity and wide distribution. On the other hand, some opinion leaders may abuse the right of speak, as to release some false information. As a result, bad effects would spread in our society. There are 3 improvements to thesis questions, improving laws and regulations, promoting the media accomplishment of audiences and establishing informational warning mechanisms, which may provide some reference to the healthy development of Micro-blog opinion leaders.

社会热点事件中微博意见领袖传播效应分析
—以李天一案为例
2009年8月，中国门户网站新浪网推出“新浪微博”测试版，成为国内第一个提供微博的网站，至此，微博开始进入中国上网人群的主流视线。据统计资料显示，2012年腾讯微博第三季度的注册用户达到5亿，2013年上半年，新浪微博注册用户达到5亿多，微博成为中国互联网用户主要的活动之一。“微博的快速发展，不仅使微博传播对社会的影响力越来越大，对社会舆论的形成也发挥着重要作用。” 而在微博中，受关注度较高的博文、微博意见领袖，甚至可以引领舆论的形成和发展。
