摘要:随着LED产业的蓬勃发展,车载LED灯已经成为行业的新增长点。汽车迎宾灯是车载LED灯的一种,自2010年出现以来,短短不到十年的时间里,它就发生了翻天覆地的变化,各式各样的车载迎宾灯相继出现。本论文的设计是以2015年出现的宝马7系“天使之翼”迎宾灯为基础,了解其毯型光带的形成原理,并对迎宾灯的光学结构部分进行三维建模,用TracePro光学软件进行模拟仿真分析。“天使之翼”迎宾灯的光学部件是由三部分组成,分别是厚凸透镜、透镜阵列、以及不规则形状的平面镜,光源是1w的LED光源。光线的模拟仿真结果显示,厚透镜的作用是将光源的大出射角进行汇聚,尽量接近平行光照射在透镜阵列上。透镜阵列像汉堡一样,入光面和出光面对称分布有微结构,中间某一位置含有毯型光带的菲林片,只要有一个微结构透光,都会在接收面形成完整的9条等间距等亮度的光毯。可见微透镜结构除了匀光作用外,还有幻灯投影的作用,菲林片上的图形就像幻灯片一样,被投射在地面。不规则平面镜紧挨着微透镜的出光面,起到密封和保护微透镜的作用。迎宾灯的发展正处于关键阶段,车载迎宾灯方向大有可为。78838
