摘要Fe-Ga合金是近年来发现的一种新型磁致伸缩材料,它具有磁场灵敏度较高,饱和磁场较低,脆性小和磁导率高等诸多优点,是一种值得深入研究的新型材料。本文主要介绍Fe-Ga合金的基本性质,分析其微观结构和不同制备方法对磁致伸缩效能的影响以及Fe-Ga合金在工业中的应用,主要讨论铸态Fe-Ga合金以及快淬薄带Fe-Ga合金的性质结构,其中重点分析Ga在合金中的含量对合金的相结构和磁致伸缩性质的影响。65263

通过对不同方法制备试样的研究,分析两种方法的特点以及对磁致伸缩性能产生不同影响的原因。

Title    Fe-Ga alloy: a magnetostrictive material                    

                                                            

Abstract

Fe-Ga alloy is a new type of magnetostrictive materials discovered in recent years, which has high field sensitivity, low saturation magnetic field, small brittleness, high magnetic permeability and many other advantages. It is a kind of new material deserves further research. This paper mainly focuses on basic properties of Fe-Ga alloy, analysis of microstructure, effects of different preparation methods on the magnetostriction effect and application of Fe-Ga alloy in industry. We also discuss the as-cast Fe-Ga alloy and rapid quenching thin strip Fe-Ga alloy, in which we analyze the effects of Ga in alloy content on the phase structure and magnetostriction properties of the alloy in detail. 

The research results show that, there are significant effects of Ga content on magnetostriction effect of Fe-Ga alloy. The main reason is that the number of Ga-Ga atoms and clusters in the alloy has changed. Specimens of Fe-Ga alloy as-cast showed that, the Ga content in 17%, 19% and 27.5%,has the best magnetostrictive properties.

 According to the study of the specimens prepared with different methods, we analyze the characteristics of two methods and the reason why they have different effects on the magnetostriction properties.
