物理教师教学风格研究

摘要：百年大计教育为本，教育大计教师为本。教师作为人类灵魂的工程师，担负着开启民智，传承文明的重要使命。高质量的教育取决于高水平的教师队伍，教师素质的提高是一项复杂而系统的工程，教师教学风格作为教学中科学与艺术的有机统一体，对教师本人的成长和教学质量的提高有着决定性的影响。本文在收集整理大量相关文献的基础上，结合自己的教育教学实践体会，首先从多个视角对物理教师教学风格概述，包括其内涵、特征、分类，及物理教师教学风格对学生的影响等层面进行了剖析，然后重点探讨了新形势下物理教师教学风格的形成机制。52273

Abstract:A fundamental task crucial for generations to come,education should be regarded as the foundation,education is big deal basing on teachers.Teachers as the engineers of the human soul,shouldering the important mission to open wise,heritage of civilization.High quality education depends on the team to a high level of teachers.Improving the quality of teachers is a complex and systematic project.Teachers’teaching style as the organic unity of science and art in teaching has a decisive influence on the growth of deachers and improving the quality of teaching .Based on the collection of a large number of related literature,and combined my own teaching practice experience. First of all,the commutation of physical teachers,teaching style from the angle of features,classification and influence aspects were analyzed,and then focus on the formation mechanism of physics teachers under the new situation of teaching style.
