摘要毫米波频率30-300GHz,波长10-1mm,兼具有微波与红外的优点,并有一定的穿透能力和全天候工作的能力,能够根据目标散射能量识别不同物理属性的目标,因此毫米波目标探测及精确成像是当前一个非常重要的发展方向。目前国内外各种雷达目标散射特性研究主要是基于远场条件,各种远程探测的毫米波雷达技术发展已经相当成熟。近年来随着近程毫米波目标散射特性的应用越来越广泛,如反恐、安检及医疗等领域,基于毫米波散射特性的近程目标成像成为了研究热点之一。30513
本文首先对近程毫米波雷达目标散射特性进行了分析,紧接着对近程目标散射原理进行了研究,最后对近程目标散射成像的算法做了重点分析,运用傅里叶变换,得出了全息成像的公式,并运用matlab进行了仿真实验,为毫米波近程目标成像系统的工程化提供理论基础。
本文重在仿真部分,通过改变其中不同的参数值,得出各参数对成像质量的影响。改变 的值对于成像的清晰度基本无影响,不过对于相同距离的点源成像的位置相应的发生改变;负向不采样,则对于中心处的成像会产生较大的影响;而采样点600个,没有产生明显影响;改变N的值,对于仿真结果无明显影响。

Title        Short range target millimeter wave holographic imaging algorithm analysis
Abstract
Millimeter wave frequency 30-300GHz and wavelength of 10 ~ 1 mm, and has the advantages of microwave and infrared, and have certain penetration ability and all-weather work ability, can according to the target of target scattering energy identify different physical properties, so millimeter wave target detection and accurate imaging is currently a very important development direction. At present, the research of radar target scattering characteristics is based on the far field condition, and the development of the millimeter wave radar technology has been quite mature.. In recent years with the millimeter wave short-range target scattering characteristics is applied more and more widely, such as counter-terrorism, security and medical and other fields, short-range target imaging based on millimeter wave scattering characteristics become one of research hot spots.
This paper first has carried on the analysis to the short-range MMW radar target scattering characteristics, followed by the study of short range target scattering principle. Finally, for short range target scattering imaging algorithm do focuses on the analysis, by Fourier transform, holographic imaging formula is obtained, and the use of MATLAB simulation experiment, the millimeter wave short-range target imaging system to provide theoretical basis.
In this paper, we focus on the simulation of the image quality by changing the parameters of different parameters.. Change the value for the clarity of the image has no effect, but for the same distance from the point source imaging position changes accordingly; negative sampling, imaging for the center will have a greater impact; and sampling points 600, had no obvious effect; changing the n value, for the simulation results without obvious effect.
