Abstract The fixed point theorems is now applied in a lot of fields such as mathematical programming and traffic and so on。 The first part is the research background of the fixed point problems as well as the Significance of Research。 The second part introduced some basic concepts such as G-metric spaces, D*-metric spaces and S-metric spaces, and we get some important properties as well as some important theorems in G-metric spaces, which includes the common fixed point theorems of the incompatible mappings in G-metric spaces, the common fixed point theorems of some power type contractive mappings and the common fixed point theorems of R-weakly commuting of type (Ag)。 In the third part, compared with the concepts in G-metric spaces, we introduced R-weakly and incompatible commuting of type (Ag) in S-metric spaces。 And when the S-metric spaces is complete, we discuss and prove the fixed point theorems and common fixed point theorems of the third type contractive mappings。 Finally, if the mappings are incompatible and R-weakly and in the space which is not asked to be complete while the mapping is not asked to be continuous, we prove some new important common fixed point theorems of four mappings which is -contractive。Our results have developed and improved the present results a lot。

不动点理论被广泛的应用于许多领域，如：微分方程、积分方程、控制论、优化理论、数学规划问题、经济和交通平衡问题、现代力学等，其中在现代力学中应用尤为广泛。 不动点理论及其应用方面的研究已经成为当今泛函分析的热点研究问题之一。
