摘要聚氨酯材料由于综合性能出众而被广泛应用于民用、军事等领域,其性能进一步的改进提高是目前研究的热点。一方面把增强纤维加入基体以改善聚氨酯材料的一些性能,另一方面通过改变制备方法来提高聚氨酯材料的性能。87615

首先,研究的主要内容是用ANSYS仿真技术,通过建立仿真模型,然后施加载荷、边界条件计算出结果,表明:聚氨酯基体内添加的增强纤维承担了主要的外力,向聚氨酯基体内添加纤维可以增强聚氨酯的力学性能。

    其次,研究的主要内容是采用定制的两种原料,添加不同比例、种类的纤维,经模压工艺制备聚氨酯复合材料。

    最后,采用正交实验方案可以在有效的得出各实验参数的相关性的情况下大大减少了实验的工作量。采用赛克体视显微镜对复合材料的微观形貌进行观察,并基于数码显微测量系统SKS-CL V2。0对复合材料的气孔孔径进行测量。研究了制备工艺对聚氨酯复合材料以及添加增强纤维对纯聚氨酯基体结构的影响。通过利用万能试验机对所制备的试样进行力学实验,得出数据,对比力学指标及特点。进行试验机力学性能实验的结果为:纤维增强聚氨酯材料,抗拉强度可以提高72。9%-84。55%;抗压强度可以提高5。5%-173。9%。

    探索了复合材料模压成型工艺条件及基体合成原料配对对复合材料力学性能的影响,探讨了纤维含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。在此基础上进一步改进制备工艺来进行优化聚氨酯复合材料的力学性能。

    采用纤维增强聚氨酯材料的制备工艺为复合材料增强方法提供参考依据。

Title    Study on mechanical properties of fiber reinforced   rigid polyurethane_

Abstract Polyurethane materials are widely used in civil and military fields because of their excellent comprehensive properties, and the improvement of their performance is a hot topic in the present research。 On the one hand, the addition of fiber reinforces fiber system to improve the performance of polyurethane materials, on the other hand,  scientists improve the performance of polyurethane materials by changing the preparation method。

First of all, the main content of the study is using ANSYS simulation technology, establishing simulation model, and applying load and boundary conditions to calculate results,the reinforced fiber added in the Pu matrix bear the main force,adding fiber to the polyurethane system can enhance the mechanical properties of polyurethane。

Secondly, the main content of the study is the use of two custom kinds of raw materials and the molding process of polyurethane composite materials by adding different proportions and types of fiber。

Finally, the orthogonal experimental method can be used to effectively draw the correlation of the experimental parameters, which greatly reduces the workload of the experiment。 The mosaic  stereomicroscope on composite microstructure are observed, and we measure composite stomatal aperture based on digital microscopic measurement system SKS-CL V2。0 。 The effect of preparation technology on the structure of polyurethane composites and the addition of reinforced fiber to the structure of pure polyurethane is studied。 By using the universal testing machine, the mechanical test of the prepared sample is carried out, and the data are obtained。 The results of mechanical properties of the testing machine are as follows: fiber reinforced polyurethane materials, tensile strength can increase 72。9%-84。55%; compressive strength can be increased by 5。5%-173。9%。 ANSYS纤维增强硬质聚氨脂材料力学性能研究:http://www.youerw.com/wuli/lunwen_140907.html
