摘要伏羊节是江苏徐州的特色节庆活动之一，也是徐州重要的文化资源。当前徐州政府已经开始正视徐州伏羊节的发展，多次举办了以伏羊节为主题的节庆活动。伏羊节节庆活动的品牌化，既有利于徐州乃至整个淮海经济圈的经济发展，还能够发展徐州的文化产业，增加城市软实力，打造城市形象，对市民来说还可以提高市民的养生意识，促进市民的身体健康。但是伏羊节发展也存在着问题，本文将以徐州伏羊节当前发展现状作为研究，分析其中存在的一些问题并且针对现存在的问题提出系列发展建议，促进伏羊节的进一步发展。42599

On the Development Present Situation of XuZhou FuYang Festival

Abstract

 The FuYang Festival is one of the most distinctive festivals in Jiangsu XuZhou, it`s also the most important cultural resources of XuZhou. Recently, the Government of XuZhou have already envisaged the development of the FuYang Festival. Many Festival celebration with the theme of the FuYang Festival have been held. The branding of the FuYang Festival is much good for the economy of XuZhou and the Huaibei economic circle, and it also can accelerate the XuZhou Culture Industry, increase the city soft power, build the city`s image. For citizens, it can improve the public health consciousness, promote the public health situation as well. However, there are some questions in the process of development of the FuYang Festival. This article will take research on the development present situation of the XuZhou FuYang Festival, analyze the problems and give some ideas to help the FuYang Festival step forward quickly.

 一  引言

每年入伏，大大小小的餐馆就热闹了起来，各式各样的羊肉菜肴被搬上了菜单的显眼处，人们三五成群聚集在一起，吃羊肉、喝羊肉汤，一顿饭下来，虽然汗流浃背，却大呼“痛快”。初次到徐州的人，见到这种情况或许会有些不解，但是只要在徐州生活过一段时间的人，就会恍然大悟——“是伏羊节到了吧”。
