摘    要天台县位于浙东丘陵地区，在多重因素的影响之下，形成了尚武之风和宗族聚居的传统。天台境内的宗族之间因立场不同多发矛盾纠葛，其中宗族械斗是宗族之间冲突最激烈的表现形式。本文以1990年发生的苍山械斗事件作为主要叙述及研究对象。灵溪、下峧两村相傍而居，在资源上多有纠纷，积怨深重。为此，两村在历史上屡次发生械斗。本次械斗发生于上世纪80、90年代基层治理转型期，村、镇成为独立利益主体的时代背景之下。两村素有的山林、水源等纠纷进一步发酵，无法调和之下发展成大规模的宗族械斗，在六天五夜的械斗过程中，两股势力：以宗族为代表的基础自生秩序以及国家权力，互相缠斗，贯穿于械斗之始终。89765

Abstract: Tiantai county is located in eastern ZheJiang hilly region, under the influence of multiple factors, the formation of the custom of the warrior and clan tradition。 Because of the different position, the clans in Tiantai frequent conflicts with others, the clan warfare is the most intense form of conflict between the clans。 In this paper, I do some research of 1990 Cangshan event。 Ling Xi, Xia Jiao this two villages alongside each other, there are many disputes on resources。 To this end, wars between this two villages occurred frequently in history。 The shooting happened in the 80 s and 90 s last century of grassroots governance transition, village and town became an independent interest subjects in this time background。 Two villages further fermentation, known as the mountain forest, water and other disputes under can't reconcile and developed into a large-scale clans in the process of fighting for six days and five nights, two forces: represented by their clan’s independent order and state power, the basis of a dogfight to each other, always throughout the fight。
