摘 要：本人事管理系统以Eclipse为开发工具，前台搭建采用CSS布局，后台搭建采用Java语言，主要从员工、部门、工资、培训、奖惩和考勤六个方面来实现一个基本完整的人事管理系统。为了提高人事管理的效率，本系统主要提供了各个信息管理模块下的信息查询页面的查询、修改和删除功能，添加信息页面的添加功能以及个人用户的信息展示，并且查询页面提供根据编号查询信息，修改功能在新页面实现。文中主要阐述了本系统的设计方案和结构内容，并对关键部分作出了详细说明。93937
