摘要带阻滤波器在射频和微波应用中发挥着重要的作用。带阻滤波器可以满足在某个频率提供较高衰减的要求,以弥补带通滤波器的不足。随着无线通信系统应用的发展,滤波器面临着更加严峻的挑战。性能好、尺寸小、重量轻以及成本低的微带滤波器受到越来越多的关注。41878

本文基于微带滤波器的优点设计了一款微波带阻滤波器。论文首先对带阻滤波器的国内外发展情况进行了说明,引出本文的微带滤波器结构。接着介绍了微带线理论和二端口网络。对设计过程中经常使用的HFSS和ADS等软件进行了介绍。最后介绍了带阻滤波器的设计方法,该滤波器设计使用低通原型到带阻转换的方法。仿真结果显示,此方法设计的带阻滤波器有较宽的带宽,带阻性能也较好,能满足设计的要求。

Title    Design of Band-stop Microstrip Filter Based On HFSS                     

Abstract

Band-stop filter plays an important role in RF(Radio Frequency)and microwave applications. Band-stop filter can meet the requirements of providing high attenuation at some frequency bands in order to make up for the inadequacy of band-pass filter. With the development of wireless communication system applications, filter is facing more severe challenges. Microstrip filters with good performance, small size, light weight and low cost are attracting more and more attention.

This article designs a microstrip band-stop filter based on the advantages of  microstrip filters. This paper firstly illustrates the development situation of band-stop filters at home and abroad, leading to the designed microstrip filter structure. Then the theory of microstrip line and two-port network are introduced. The occasionally used HFSS and ADS softwares in the design process are also introduced. Finally this paper introduces the design method of band-stop filter, and the filter design utilizes low-pass prototype to band-stop transformation method. The simulation results show that this method design of band-stop filter has wide bandwidth, and the band-stop performance is also better, which can meet the design requirements.
