摘要青少年是祖国的未来发展的主要力量，祖国繁荣昌盛的后备力量。尤其中学阶段是学生的生长和发展的关键时期，中学体育在“阳光体育运动”背景下已经发展了许多年，但对中学课外体育活动的现状的研究有待进一步提高。本文通过过问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料法等方式，对衢州市柯城区四所中学的课外体育活动现状及其存在的诸多问题进行考查,并作出客观的分析，研究的结果为：衢州市中学课外体育活动开展不佳，在课外体育活动开展方面存在较多问题，比如体育场地、器材设施、中学生体育锻炼中易受同伴锻炼的影响，并为柯城区中学课外体育发展提出相关建议。47503

Abstract:Young people are a major force in the future development of the motherland, the motherland prosperity reserve forces.
