摘 要本文通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等方法，得出江干区中学排球师资缺乏、场地器材不完善、相关领导不重视等结果，结果表面：从对江干区中学排球运动开展情况调查来看，排球运动开展不够普及，并且从排球课开课数情况来看，江干区中学排球课时数少，中学排球课不够普及，直接影响学生对排球运动的认识，影响了排球运动在中学的开展。排球运动是一项团体运动项目，在娱乐或比赛中要求球不落地，因此技术要求较高，所以掌握排球基本技术是开展排球运动的必要条件。而在调查中发现，江干区中学生对排球的基本技术掌握较差，影响学生对排球运动的兴趣爱好，影响了排球的开展。在对江干区中学排球专项教师的调查中发现，排球师资比例较低，缺乏排球专项教师。江干区中学排球场地、器材等基础设施相对较好，基本能满足上课需求。90162
