摘 要 排球比赛的胜负不仅受限于队员体能、技能和战术水平的高低，而且已扩展到队员的心理素质的较量。比赛中经常可以看到前一局和后一局、前半局与后半局完全判若两队的情况，这说明队员临场经验差，心理素质不稳定，在领先状况下只要丢失一两分，就会引起恶性循环，各个环节都出现失误，而这些失误不单纯是技术问题，更主要的是心理问题。本文以杭州下沙本科高校业余排球运动员为例，采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数据统计法等研究方法对业余排球运动员气质类型进行统计分析，进一步了解业余排球运动员气质类型的分布特点，业余排球运动员在气质类型与战术位置上的内在关系，为业余排球运动员的心理选材、技术特长训练提供有益参考。89905
