摘    要本文通过通过文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等，对杭州西湖区的三所高中的田径训练队队员的训练及比赛期的营养支持现状进行调查研究。研究结果表明：1）在营养知识方面，运动员们存在较多的不足，营养知识的来源较为单一，互联网手段运用不到位。2）在生活习惯方面，有近半数运动员晚餐得不到保障，在零食选择上，没有科学的指导，运动员们根据口味多选择膨化食品、奶油制品、碳酸饮料等对身体健康无益的零食。3）运动员们训练期的饮食搭配不够科学，食物摄入肉类过多而蔬菜摄入不足。补液的选择方面，碳酸饮料所占比例较大，补液的时机不够合理。根据营养学的相关理论依据，对上述问题提出一些建议及意见。89702

AbstractBy the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates three high school track and field training team members’ training in Hangzhou West Lake District and their nutritional status during games。 The results as follows:1) in the nutrition knowledge, the athletes there are more deficiencies, the source of nutrition knowledge is more single, the use of Internet means is not in place。 2) In terms of living habits, nearly half of the athletes dinner is not guaranteed, in the snack selection, there is no scientific guidance, athletes choose more than the taste of puffed food, cream products, carbonated drinks and other healthy snacks on the health。 3) Athletes training diet with enough science, food intake of meat too much and inadequate intake of vegetables。 The choice of rehydration, carbonated drinks accounted for a larger proportion of rehydration time is not reasonable。 According to the relevant theoretical basis of nutrition, the above issues put forward some suggestions and comments。
