摘  要:以芝麻幼苗为材料,利用室内水培实验,研究了0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 g/L 6个浓度梯度的抗坏血酸(AsA)对芝麻幼苗渍涝胁迫的缓解效应,探讨了AsA在缓解芝麻幼苗渍涝胁迫中的作用机理。结果显示:渍涝胁迫下,芝麻幼苗的株高、鲜重、根长、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量减少,且过氧化物酶活性降低,超氧阴离子产生速率及丙二醛含量增加,外施一定浓度的AsA能够增加幼苗的株高、鲜重、根长、叶绿素以及可溶性蛋白的含量,并降低丙二醛含量及超氧阴离子产率。同时,提高抗氧化酶系统的活性,降低活性氧对幼苗的危害,减少膜脂的过氧化程度,文持膜系统的稳定性,缓解渍涝对芝麻幼苗造成的伤害,并以0.4g/L外源AsA效果最好。结果说明,适宜浓度的AsA通过提高渍涝胁迫下芝麻幼苗的可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量来提高植物的渗透调节能力,通过提高POD活力来文持植物体细胞膜的稳定性,降低膜脂过氧化伤害程度,从而缓解了渍涝胁迫对芝麻幼苗生长的影响。9958

Effect of Ascorbic Acid on the Physiological-biochemical Characteristic of Sesame Seedlings under Waterlogging Stress
Abstract: This experiment with sesame seedlings as materials to study the relief effect of the different concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 g/L) of ascorbic acid on sesame seedlings under waterlogging stress by hydroponic culture, and discussed the mechanism of action of ascorbic acid in alleviating sesame seedling under waterlogging stress. The results showed that under waterlogging stress the plant height, fresh weight, root length, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content of sesame seedlings were decreased than those of contral, but the yield of the superoxide anion and MDA were increased. Appling certain concentration of ascorbic acid could increase the plant height, fresh weight, root length, chlorophyll and soluble protein content, and could reduce the content of MDA and lower the yield of superoxide. The same time, it could improve the activity of the antioxidant enzyme system, and reduce the hazards of reactive oxygen on sesame seedlings and the degree of peroxidation of membrane lipids to maintain the stability of the membrane system, which alleviate the damage to sesame seedlings caused by the waterlogging stress, and the effect of 0.3g/L and 0.4g/L AsA were optimal. The results indicated that suitable concentration of AsA could increase soluble sugar and soluble protein to enhance osmotic adjusting ability of sesame seedling under waterlogging stress and the degree of peroxidation of membrane lipids to maintain the stability of the membrane system, which alleviate the damage to sesame seedlings caused by the waterlogging stress.
