微囊藻毒素生物降解研究

蓝藻水华污染造成的最主要危害之一是产生和释放以微囊藻毒素为主的多种藻毒素,其在饮用水中的存在可以导致人类癌症,因此对人们的健康构成了严重威胁。MC 有着环状以及间隔双键的结构,其物理化学性质非常稳定。在 300℃高温下仍能保持很长时间不分解,传统的水处理工艺很难将其有效去除,一般的多肽分解酶也不能分解,但自然界有一些特殊的微生物对 MC 有一定的降解作用。 白腐菌胞外酶对各种有机物均可以进行降解并且成本低、安全性高、有利于生态修。所以利用白腐菌胞外酶去除 MC 是一种非常有前途的方法。 对实验结果进行分析可以总结出通过白腐菌胞外酶对藻毒素进行降解对整个培养过程的操作水平有较高要求。本实验培养出的白腐菌胞外酶活性较低,初步判断是培养过程中操作出现失误,使不利因素影响胞外酶的产生和活性,应在后续过程中严格优化培养步骤,以提高培养成功率。59690

Title              Biodegradation of    microcystin Abstract   One of the most important hazards caused in the in the pollution in the cyanobacterial blooms is to produce and release in the variety in the algal toxin microcystin-based. their presence in drinking water can cause cancer in humans, therefore pose a serious threat to people's health. MC has an annular spaced double bond structure, its physical in the chemical properties are very stable. Able to maintain a long time does not decompose at high temperature in the 300℃  in the conventional water treatment processes is difficult to effectively remove and the polypeptide decomposition enzymes cannot break it down, but in the nature, some special microbial degradation MC.     The extracellular enzyme of White rot fungi can degrade a variety of organic matter and are low cost, safe, conducive to ecological repair. Therefore, the use of white rot fungi to remove extracellular enzymes MC is a very promising approach. Analysis of the experimental results can conclude that it has  higher requirements of operation level to degrade microcystin By white rot fungus extracellular enzymes in the entire training process. In this study, white rot fungi cultured extracellular enzyme activity is low, the training process is to determine the initial operational errors, the adverse factors of production and extracellular enzyme activity should be optimized in a subsequent process in strict training steps to improve training success rate
