摘要索拉胶寡糖(SO8)是新型β-(1, 3)-D-葡聚糖——索拉胶的酶解产物,具有分子量均一和易于分离纯化的特点。本论文重点研究索拉胶寡糖的抗氧化活性。体外抗氧化实验表明,索拉胶寡糖能有效地清除•OH自由基。体内实验,C57BL/6J实验小鼠分成正常组,模型组,低剂量寡糖组(40mg/kg),高剂量寡糖组(80mg/kg),连续4天腹腔注射相应试剂,最后一次注射4小时后注射0.5ml/kg剂量的CCl4建模。收集血样和肝脏检测,发现预处理索拉胶寡糖组的血清转氨酶活(ALT和AST)明显低于模型组,而且从抗氧化基因的表达情况可以看出,索拉胶寡糖能上调它们的表达。结果表明,SO8具有体外自由基清除活性和体内抗氧化损伤的活性。28427

Title    Antioxidant Activities of Salecan oligosaccharide     
 Abstract
As the hydrolyzate of a novel β-(1, 3)-D-glucan ---Salecan, Salecan oligosaccharide has the characteristics of uniform molecular weight,as well as easy to separation and purification.This thesis focuses on the antioxidant activity of Salecan oligosaccharide.In vitro experiment showed that salecan oligosaccharide can effectively remove the • OH radicals.In vivo study,C57BL/6J mice  were pided into normal group, model group, low dose oligosaccharide group (40 mg/kg), high dose oligosaccharide group (80 mg/kg).Intraperitoneal injection of corresponding reagent once daily for 4 days, 4 hours after the last injection ,mice received ip of 0.5 ml/kg dose of CCl4. Collected blood and liver tests, we found that  serum transaminase (ALT and AST) in the group that pretreatment salecan oligosaccharide are significantly lower than the model group,and we can see from the antioxidant gene expression, salecan oligosaccharides can increase their expression. The results show that the SO8 has radical scavenging activity in vitro and in vivo activity of antioxidant injury.
