丙草胺在水稻中的残留消解动态研究

摘要:丙草胺是一种酰胺类选择性除草剂,广泛应用于稻田杂草防治。为了评价丙草胺在稻田环境中的消解规律和使用安全性,本论文研究建立了稻田环境中丙草胺的气相色谱检测方法,研究了丙草胺在水稻植株、田水和土壤中的残留消解规律及水稻植株、糙米、稻壳、土壤中的最终残留量。田水、土壤中丙草胺经乙酸乙酯提取,糙米、稻壳、植株中丙草胺经乙腈超声提取,Cleanert Florisil-SPE净化,气相色谱仪(ECD检测器)检测。结果表明,在0.1-25mg/L的范围内,色谱峰面积与丙草胺浓度具有良好的线性关系,最小检出量为0.0011ng;丙草胺在田水、土壤、植株、糙米中的最低检测浓度为0.02-0.04mg/kg。平均添加回收率82.4-107.7%,相对标准偏差为1.6-7.9%。丙草胺在植株、田水、土壤中的消解半衰期分别为1.5-1.9, 1.2-1.8和1.8-5.3天,最终残留量均低于最低检测浓度。25767

The Study on the Degradation of Pretilachlor in Paddy Field
Abstract:As a kind of amides selective herbicides, pretilachlor is widely used for control weeds in paddy field. In order to evaluate the degradation regularity and safety of propachlor in paddy field, a method was established for determination the pertilachlor residue in rice, plant, soil, paddy field water and grain. Pretilachlor residue in soil and water were extracted by ethyl acetate and extracted by acetonitrile in rice grain and plant. Then samples were purified by Florisil-SPE and determined GC with ECD-detector.The results showed that the minimum detective limit of pretilachlor was 0.0011ng and the minimum detective concentration was 0.02-0.04mg/kg in paddy water, soil, plants and rice, respectively.The average recoveries of pretilachlor ranged from 82.4% to 107.7% with the relative standard deviation between 1.6% and 7.9%. The half-lives of pretilachlor were 1.5-1.9,1.2-1.8 and 1.8-5.3d in plants, paddy water, soil. The final residue was lower than the minimum detectable concentration.
