摘    要利用透射电镜观察比较三种蜥蜴科蜥蜴的精子。发现南草蜥、丽斑麻蜥和山地麻蜥三种蜥蜴精子均可分为头和尾两部分:头部由顶体复合体和核组成;尾包括颈段、中段、主段和末段四部分。

三种蜥蜴科蜥蜴成熟精子的结构相同点主要表现在:都具有顶体囊、顶体下锥和单个核前穿孔器,无核前内管,纤维鞘伸入中段。差异主要表现在:南草蜥精子头部的顶体囊前端为扁形,不具有核前电子透亮区,横切面上可观察到连续致密体环和5个线粒体;丽斑麻蜥顶体囊前端为椭圆形,没有核前电子透亮区,横切面上可观察到不连续的致密体环和11个线粒体;山地麻蜥顶体囊前端为椭圆形,具有核前电子透亮区,横切面上可观察到不连续的致密体环和6个线粒体。至今未发现蜥蜴科精子的独征,但该科不同类群蜥蜴成熟精子的顶体囊、核前电子透亮区、核肩、线粒体、线粒体与致密体的排列方式等精子结构特征在不同类群或种间有一定的差异,这些精子超微结构特征为研究蜥蜴的系统发生提供了辅助信息。90375

Abstract

We studied the structure of ejaculated spermatozoa of three species of Lacertian, Southern grass lizard (Takydromus sexlineatus), Ermias argus and Eremias brenchleyi。 Three kinds of lizards sperm are could be pided into two parts: head and tail。 The head is composed of acrosome complex and nuclear; the tail is composed of neck region, midpiece, principal piece and endpiece。 

These lacertian have common features: an acrosomal vescile, a subacrosomal cone a single nuclear perforatora,no endonuclcar canal,the fibrous sheath into the middle piece.The major differences in the structure of sperm between the three species of lacertidae include:the tip of the acrosome of the southern glass lizard (Takydromus sexlineatus) is flat, no epinuclear lucent zone, continuous ring structure formed by the dense body and 5 mitochondria in the transverse section。 The tip of the acrosome of the Ermias argus is oval, no epinuclear lucent zone, non-continuous ring structure formed by the dense body and 11 mitochondria in the transverse section。 The tip of the acrosome of the Eremias brenchleyi is oval, an epinuclear lucent zone, non-continuous ring structure formed by the dense body and 6 mitochondria in the transverse section。 Evidence of sperm autapomorphies is not found in the family Lacertian。 However, lizards of different taxa differ, in various degrees, in such spermatozoa structure traits as acrosome vesicle, epinuclear lucent zone, nuclear shoulder, mitochondria, arrangement and number of mitochondria and dense bodies, these differences suggest that spermatozoa morphology provides additional information by which one maybe use to study phylogeny of lizards。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
