摘要:本课题目的是建立一个短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化组合工艺,期望解决酒精废水厌氧处理装置出水氮素超标的问题。首先研究了pH和通气量这两个因素对短程硝化系统的影响,结果显示,在进水pH 7。5~8。5范围内均可实现稳定的短程硝化功能,氨氮氧化率55。1~63。7%,亚硝氮积累率达99%,其中在pH在8。0时出水NH4+-N与NO2--N浓度比最为接近厌氧氨氧化的理论值。当进水pH值为8。0时,在通气量为0。3~0。6 L/(L·min) 时,均可实现短程硝化系统的稳定运行,但通气量小于等于0。2 L/(L·min) 时,系统功能会迅速恶化。在随后的厌氧氨氧化实验中,经过90 d的驯化系统获得了明显的厌氧氨氧化活性,氨氮和亚硝氮去除率分达到60%和35%。由于厌氧氨氧化细菌生长极其缓慢,尚需进一步延长驯化时间才能获得理想的厌氧氨氧化效率。86089

Study on the application of shortcut nitrification-anaerobic ammonia oxidation hybrid process in the treatment of alcohol-producing wastewater

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to establish a SHARON-Anammox hybrid process for eliminating ammonia from the effluent of anaerobic digester treating ethanol-producing wastewater。 The effects of influent pH value and aeration rate on shortcut nitrification process were investigated in 5 SBR reactors。 The results showed that shortcut nitrification could be successfully established between pH 7。5 and pH 8。5, with oxidation rate of ammonia of 55。1~63。7% and nitrite accumulation ration of 99%。 Running the system at pH 8 led to ideal effluent ammonium to nitrite ratio of 1:1。60, which is very close to the theoretical value of 1:1。32 required for anaerobic ammonium oxidation。 When the system was fed with influent of pH 8。0, steady operation could be achieved at an aeration rate of 0。3~0。6 L/(L·min)。 However,  deterioration occurs once the aeration rate was reduced to below 0。2 L/(L·min)。 During subsequent experimental period, anaerobic ammonia oxidation occurred after an acclimatization period of 90 d as indicated by ammonium removal rate of 60% and nitrite removal rate of 35%。 However further acclimatization is still required for satisfactory anaerobic ammonium oxidation activity due to extremely low growth rate of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria。
