摘要本次设计主要是实现整个生活垃圾处理系统控制部分的控制，主要任务包括：生活垃圾 扎选设备、风选设备、磁选设备、粉碎风选设备以及挤压干处理设备的流水线作业系统设计 电气控制设计。而要实现各个设备的控制，其实质就是实现各个设备电机的控制，主要包括 两个部分，一是电机的电气控制；二是电机的可编程控制（PLC）。83770
电机的电气控制是要求设计出能够控制电机的正常启动与停止的电气原理图，利用各种 元器件的电路连接关系，来实现电机控制。在设计出电气控制原理图之后，进行电机的可编 程（PLC）控制设计，要求选择合适型号的 PLC，根据电气原理图的输入量与输出量的关系， 画出相应的输入输出接线图，然后完成其相应的梯形图及程序的设计。
本文就生活垃圾处理设备的扎选设备、磁选设备、破碎设备、风选设备以及挤压干处理 设备的电气控制和可编程控制（PLC）的设计进行相关说明。

Abstract This design is mainly the entire life garbage treatment system control part of the control, including the main task: garbage cleaning equipment, bar sorting equipment, selection of equipment, screening equipment and crushing winnowing device of pipeline operating system design and electrical control design。 In order to realize the control of each device, its essence is to achieve the control of each device motor, mainly including two parts, one is the electrical control of the motor; two is the motor control (PLC)。
Electrical control of the motor is designed to control the normal start and stop of the motor electrical schematic diagram, the use of various components of the circuit connection relationship, to achieve motor control。 In the design of electrical control schematics, motor programming (PLC) control design, requires the selection of the appropriate type of PLC, according to the relationship between the electrical principle diagram of input and output, draw the corresponding input and output wiring diagramand thencompletethe its corresponding ladder diagramand theprogram design。
