我国房地产投资项目财务可行性研究

本文将以苏宁SZ项目为例,综合运用多种论证方法,包括定性及定量分析相结合、静态分析和动态分析相结合等,主要的关注点集中在苏宁SZ房地产投资项目的财务可行性研究上。同时在财务分析的基础上,预测项目相关不确定性,确定项目未来可能面临的各种风险,并提出部分建议,以期达到为苏宁置业公司的项目投资决策提供参考依据的作用。

Title    The Feasibility Study on SZ Project of Suning Real  Estate Company                                           

Abstract Massive investment, projects of long duration, regional impact of strong, huge real estate investment policies and regulations influence the four characteristics of the project, also happens to be this feature makes real estate investments with a strong sense of uncertainty, and are at greater risk。 Therefore, in front of a real estate project investment feasibility of proposed construction projects should be comprehensive, systematic research, thereby ensuring that real estate companies make scientific decisions, reduce their investment risk。 How the value of an investment in real estate projects, what investments to achieve greater economic benefits, is the conclusions of the feasibility study of real estate investment projects should be。 In addition, be able to properly assess the potential development of a construction project risk and expected return on investment, considering the socio-economic prospects of the project, and project success rate of investment prospects, as well as a good feasibility study request。

This article uses Suning SZ project as an example, and uses a variety of methods, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis such as, main focus on Suning SZ real estate investments on the financial feasibility of the project。 Also on the basis of financial analysis, predicting project-related uncertainty, determine the possible future risks facing the project, and put forward some of the proposals in order to provide reference for Suning home buyers with their investment decisions。
