摘要：企业的所有经营活动必须建立在一定资金的基础之上的。由于企业获取资金的方式不同，资本结构当然也不同。资本结构至今依然是经济领域研究的一个热点问题。很多的中西方学者做了不少关于资本结构影响因素的实证研究。但由于不同国家经济环境不同，导致实证分析的结果也均有所不同。面对全球性能源短缺，新能源一直备受世界各国政府关注，我国亦不例外。6月7日，《全球新能源发展报告2014》在国家会议中心再次发布。该报告已连续发布了两年，这不但推广了新能源理念，利于新能源在全球范围内获得持续发展，同时也表明新能源市场前景广阔。但目前由于我国还处于新能源产业发展的初级阶段，对新能源的认识还不够全面，发展也不够成熟，特别在资本结构方面。所以，研究影响新能源上市公司资本结构的因素显得尤为重要。本文通过建立多元一次方程模型来分析影响新能源上市公司资本结构的因素。首先对资本结构理论成果进行阐述并分析了解新能源上市公司的基本概况。其次针对新能源行业上市公司2011-2013财务数据，通过多元回归分析法对影响新能源上市公司资本结构的因素进行了实证分析。最后，归纳总结出新能源上市公司资本结构的影响因素，提出几点建议。34115

Research on the Capital Structure of Listed Companies
——Such as New Source of Energy Industry
Abstract：On the basis of all business activities must be based on certain funds,the different ways for enterprises to obtain capital result in different capital structure. Capital structure has been a hot spot problem in the field of Financial Studies. Many western scholars have done a lot of research on what effect the capital structure of enterprises. However ,due to the financial conditions are special, cause that the result of the empirical analysis is not entirely consistent.In the face of the global energy shortage, new energy has been concerned by the governments of the world all the time, including China."2014" a report on the development of the global new energy released(Hereinafter referred to as the "report")at the National Convention Center.The report was released for two years, will be conducive to have the new energy idea promoted and promote the development of new energy in the global scope. At the same time ,also shows that the new energy market has a potential of development. At present,the new energy industry is still in the preliminary stage of development in our country,lack of knowledge in many aspects and the development is not mature enough,especially in the capital structure,so study on what factors influence the new energy listing Corporation capital structure is very important. In this paper, studing the influencing factors of new energy listing Corporation capital structure by making a linear equation model. Firstly,describing the empirical research of capital structure theory results. Then get the basic situation of new energy listing Corporation analyzed and arranged the new energy industry solar listing Corporation 2011-2013 financial data by using the multiple regression method to do an empirical study on factors of influence new energy listing Corporation capital structure. Finally,summarized the factors of influence the capital structure of the new energy listing Corporation and put forward some suggestions.
