摘要随着社会经济的发展,尤其是商品经济发达的今天,大量的商品在出厂前都 要进行纸箱包装,而物品的纸箱包装步骤繁多,劳动强度大,工作环境差,且目 前国内纸箱包装多为单机操作,自动化程度不高,生产效率有待提高,包装的纸 箱尺寸也仅限于中小规格。所以急需设计研发一种全自动封闭式超大型纸箱包装 线,以提高生产率,改善工作环境,扩大包装尺寸。

本课题在对自动包装线探讨的基础上,总结前人经验、结合国内外研究现状, 针对特定包装要求,设计了一条全自动封闭式超大型纸箱包装线,并就其中最重 要的封箱机进行了设计、建模。本课题研究设计的纸箱包装线,除了个别人工工 位外,从上料到成品码垛均实现自动化操作,大大减轻了劳动强度。它的封闭性 使生产更加安全可靠。对不同的纸箱尺寸,可以自动调节。本课题设计的自动全 方位封箱机,既可单机使用,也能投入到包装线中配套使用。在三维建模的基础 上,对封箱机的部分关键零部件进行了有限元分析。84079

Abstract With the development of the social economy, especially the rapid development of commodity economy , a large number of goods should be packaged in carton before carried out of the factory 。Carton packaging has many steps and it’s labor-intensive, its working environment is poor。 Currently carton packaging machines are mostly stand- alone operation, degree of automation isn’t high and production efficiency needs to be improved。 Moreover packaging carton size is limited to small and medium size。 Therefore, it is urgent to design an automatic enclosed packaging line for large carton to increase productivity, improve the working environment and expanding the size of the package。

On the basis of exploration of the automatic packaging line, summarizing the previous experience, and combined with current research, this topic has designed a automatic enclosed packaging line for large carton and made the design and modeling of the most important sealing machine。 In this packing line, it’s automatic from supplying materials to palletizing finished products, in addition to some inpidual artificial stations。 The labor intensity has been greatly reduced。 It’s closed to make production safer and more reliable。 It can adjust automatically due to different carton size。 This topic designed a full-automatic sealing machine。 It can be used alone and can also be put into the packaging line。 On the basis of three-dimensional modeling, some key parts of sealing machine are analyzed by finite element。
