ANSYS的GKZ14高空作业车结构设计及有限元分析+CAD图纸

摘要高空作业车是将人员和物资送到指定高度进行高空作业的特种车辆。课题以GKZ14高空作业车为研究对象,首先根据设计要求,确定作业臂的各结构部位的尺寸参数,包括确定上臂和下臂的长度、确定油缸铰点的位置以及确定上臂和下臂的截面尺寸。然后对作业臂进行结果结构设计,并使用UG软件建立不同工况下工作臂的实体模型,将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench,选取实体单元“Solid Brick 8 node 45”进行网格划分,形成的有限元模型有单元数7398、节点数16153,在下臂的销轴处和油缸铰点处施加约束,进行有限元强度分析,分析得到工作臂所受的最大应力和工作臂变形大小,将最大应力与材料许用应力进行对比,验证设计的合理性。得到符合要求的工作臂后,根据确定的工作臂的尺寸等相关参数,在CAD中画出工作臂的上臂和下臂,以及工作臂的总装配图。

GKZ14 Aerial Structural Design And Finite Element Analysis

Abstract GKZ14 aerial vehicles are working height of 14 meters, the staff standing on its upper arm to the top of the gondola of the vehicle aerial work operations。 The first issue depending on design requirements, determine the portion size parameters GKZ14 Aerial working arm, including determining the length of the upper and lower arms, and determine the location of the fuel tank hinge points to determine the cross-sectional dimensions as well as upper and lower arms, and then the job arm structure design and build three-dimensional solid model under different working conditions working arm by UG, and finally solid models imported into ANSYS Workbench, finite element analysis, strength observed under different working conditions working arm, stiffness and stability, validation rationality designed to optimize the design and structure is irrational, get to meet the requirements of GKZ14 aerial working arm。 After get to meet the requirements of the working arm, according to the determined size of the working arm and other relevant parameters, to draw upper and lower arms working arm in CAD, as well as general assembly drawings working arm。
