摘要拖线阵声呐的湿端主要是拖缆和声呐,广泛应用于水下目标探测,海洋学研究,海底资源开发,气象监测与研究和军事工业等各个领域。这种“娇贵”的拖线阵在恶劣的海洋环境下收放是极易被损坏的。随着拖线阵朝着越来越长的方向发展,拖线阵在收放过程中被损坏的危险也越来越大,同时拖缆、线阵、尾绳直径不同,所以必须采取变节距排缆。本课题主要从拖曳绞车的选取,排缆机构的选取,排缆机构排缆方式的确定,拖曳绞车主要零部件的设计及校核,包括储缆筒、液压马达、轴、传动机构、制动器、轴承和键等方面来设计出满足设计要求的拖曳绞车机械结构。50893

最后再通过Solidworks三维建模,完成所设计的零部件的建模,建模完成后再通过Solidworks的装配功能,把它们装配起来,使所设计的拖曳绞车能够更加直观,真实的展现在我们眼前。

 Abstract

The main subject of the selection from the towing winch , cable institutions selected row , row row cable cable institutions determine the way , towing winch major parts of the design and verification, including cable storage cylinder , hydraulic motors , shafts , transmission, brakes, bearings and other key aspects of the design to meet the design requirements of the towing winch mechanism.

Finally, three-dimensional modeling via Solidworks to complete the design of parts modeling , modeling after the completion of the assembly functions through Solidworks , assemble them together , so that the towing winch designed to be more intuitive, real show in front of us .
