摘要硬旋铣加工系统的大跨度弱刚性、变浮动支撑约束以及多刀具断续切削等特殊性使得其动态响应特性有别于传统加工方式,为降低工件振动变形幅度以进一步提高加工质量,以汉江自主研发的八米丝杠旋风铣床为对象,将丝杠工件简化为瑞利梁,将卡盘和顶尖分别简化为固定端和滑动绞支端,将浮动支撑和抱紧装置简化成线性弹簧约束,基于模态型函数建立了三向移动力作用下的大型螺纹旋风铣削系统动力学模型,其中全面考虑了工件自重以及自转,随动抱紧装置质量,耗散能和轴向振动变形等因素。进而基于matlab/Simulink对所建立的动力学模型进行数值求解,研究了均匀布局条件下的浮动支撑个数影响规律以及丝杠工件加工全长的动态响应特性;并基于遗传算法研究了非均匀布局条件下浮动支撑的最优布局。结果表明:最优浮动支撑个数为3个,并且2.009m,3.916m和5.113m的非均匀位置布局可以取得更好的减振效果。28102

Title  Dynamic response of hard whirling for large-scale thread   ubder variable support                    
Abstract
The particularity of the hard turning and milling machining system including large span and weak rigidity, floating support constraint and intermittent cutting with tools make different form the traditional processing method, eight meters screw whirlwind milling machine which developed by the Hanjiang taken as the research object, simplified the screw artifacts to Rayleigh beam, simplified the chuck and the core clamper to the fixed end and sliding hinged end respectively, and simplified the floating support and hold device into linear spring constraints, according to the GAMM,the dynamic model for large-scale thread workpiece system under the role of the three mobile force was set up, with comprehensive consideration of more factors, such as the weight and the rotation of the workpiece, the quality of the servo hold device, dissipated energy, the axial vibration deformation and so on, in order to reduce the vibration of the workpiece to further improve the quality of screw machining. The established dynamic model has been solved numerically based on MATLAB/Simulink, then the effect of the number of the floating support under the condition of uniform distribution and the dynamic response of the screw length workpiece machining features have been studied. And the floating support optimal layoutis under the condition of non-uniform layout has been also studied based on the genetic algorithm. The results show that the optimal number of floating supports is 3, and the layout of the non-uniform position of 2.009m, 3.916m and 5.113m can achieve better vibration attenuation.
