摘  要现在,国内大部分从事饮品生产、生物制药产品、医药产品及中药产品的企业,其生产过程中采用的消毒灭菌方式采用的仍就是间歇式过热灭菌的方法,来保证其产品的安全性。但是,从长期的灭菌生产过程来看,一直沿用的方法是“药物粉粒静态、蒸汽动态”,并且存在以下主要的问题:灭菌技术可靠性差、灭菌生产效率低,工人劳动强度大,卫生安全不稳定。所以本毕业设计针对上述问题,进行了液体瓶筒式灭菌工艺以及灭菌设备全自动生产线的研究和设计。87200
首先,根据对灭菌对象的特殊灭菌要求进行科学分析,对灭菌对象的灭菌工艺进行科学的设计和制定,进行筒式灭菌生产线的总体设计,确立了完整的系统初步方案设计,并且把筒式灭菌系统分成四个部分,每个部分分别为自动运输上料部分、灭菌部分、自动下料运输部分以及核心控制部分。
其次,除了控制部分以外,进行了其他三个重要组成部分的结构总图的设计,制定并设计了各部分的尺寸以及初始结构图。把每个部分会对下一个组成环节的部件尺寸产生影响的决定性尺寸进行分析计算和校核。例如,自动运输上料部分的关键零部件如装瓶器尺寸是影响整条筒式灭菌生产线的关键尺寸,传输部分的传送链的布局和尺寸设计,并且设计并计算原料运输时间。再例如,灭菌物品的上料时长,上料和传输的节拍时间等。灭菌主筒里的灭菌传输路线的布局和设计,传输支撑部件以及辅助支撑轮的尺寸的方案制定,灭菌物品在灭菌主筒里的灭菌时间和冷却时间进行计算,还有对灭菌主筒进行了尺寸的设计和确定。主筒应如何制定和设计才可以密封整个灭菌系统,利用连通器原理,设计了水封结构,并对主筒的结构上进行了优化。核心控制部分做了整体控制方案设计,控制系统是如何对灭菌线路进行控制的,具体控制过程是如何一步一步进行的。
