摘  要为提高通讯接插件生产质量,生产厂家需花费大量人力对其进行质量检测及修整,操作过程中劳动强度大,工作效率低。本课题拟设计一套自动化装置对通讯接插件进行质量检测及修整,以降低人工劳动强度,提高工作效率。本文对自动化装置机械结构进行设计分析。87158

通过调研和考察加工接插件行业的实际情况,通过严谨的设计方案准确规划好转料基盘上各个工位的功能和运动方式,本文提出了自动化装置的整体方案,设计出用于通讯接插件质量检测及修整的自动化装置整体结构,并进行零部件结构的详细设计,包括载料基盘、凸轮、机架及夹具。

设计完成后用solidworks建模装配并进行动作仿真,结果证实该自动化装置通讯接插件打磨与同轴度测试系统方案可行,设计生产效率高于人工打磨接插件,故该设备的设计有助于中小型企业自动化水平的提高,节约资源,降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。

Abstract In order to improve the production quality of communication connector, manufacturers need to spend a lot of manpower to the quality inspection and repair, operation process of high labor intensity, work efficiency is low。 This paper intends to design a set of automatic device of communication connector quality inspection and repair to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency。 In this paper, we analyze the design of mechanical structure of automation device。

Through the investigation in the process connector industry actual situation, through a rigorous design accurate planning function and movement of improved material base plate on each station, this paper presents the overall scheme of automation device design for communication connector quality inspection and repair of automation of the integral structure of the device, and the detailed design of structural parts, including those contained material base plate, a cam, a frame and a fixture。

After the completion of the design with Solidworks modeling assembly and movement simulation is carried out。 The results show that the automated device communication connector grinding and coaxiality measurement system feasible, design and production efficiency is higher than that of manual polishing connector, so the equipment design have help to small and medium enterprises automation level increasing, the conservation of resources, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency。
