AMEsim对称液压缸位置伺服系统设计

通过运用AMEsim仿真软件,对整个测试系统进行了仿真分析,更加清晰、直观地观察到系统的阶跃响应、频率响应等性能指标

摘要对称液压缸位置伺服控制系统能够自动的、快速而准确的复现输入位移的变化,是以液压动力元件作驱动装置的所组成的闭环反馈控制系统。首先,本文在查阅大量的文献资料,及参观了实际液压缸位置伺服系统的基础上,设计出一个具有一定实际可行性的阀控对称液压缸位置伺服系统。并对系统中的关键结构参数进行了功能分析和理论计算,以及对系统中的动力元件、执行元件、控制元件以及辅助元件进行实际型号的选择,为后续的计算仿真过程奠定了参数基础。其次,搭建了对称液压缸位置伺服系统的数学模型,采用了伪微分控制算法对进行系统的反馈控制,而且推导了每个环节的传递函数、系统的传递函数以及控制参数的理论计算公式,为后续的仿真和软件编程过程奠定了一定的理论基础,提供了一定的参考依据。然后,通过运用AMEsim仿真软件,对整个测试系统进行了仿真分析,更加清晰、直观地观察到系统的阶跃响应、频率响应等性能指标。最后,基于现有硬件PCI-1712多功能数据采集卡等,采用C++ Builder6。0集成开发软件编制了伺服控制软件。86161

Abstract   Symmetric hydraulic cylinder position servo control system can reconstruct the changes of input displacement automatically, quickly and accurately。 It is a kind of closed-loop feedback control system that is driven by hydraulic power components。 First of all, on the basis of consulting a lot of literatures, and visiting the actual hydraulic cylinder position servo system, this paper designs a valve controlled symmetrical hydraulic cylinder position servo system with a certain practical feasibility。 At the same time, functional analysis and detailed calculation of key structural parameters of system was carried out。 Meanwhile, a actual model choice was made for system dynamic components, actuators, control components and auxiliary components, which can lay the foundation of the parameters for the following computational process。 Secondly, the mathematical model of the position servo system of the symmetrical hydraulic cylinder is constructed, and the feedback control of the system is carried out by using the Pseudo differential control algorithm。And the transfer function of each link,the transfer function of the system  and theoretical calculation formula of control parameters are derived, which can lay a certain theoretical foundation for the subsequent simulation process and the programming software, and provide a certain reference。 Thirdly, by using the AMEsim simulation software, the simulation analysis of the whole test system is carried out for clearer and direct indexes of performance such as step response, and frequency response etc。Finally, based on existing hardware of multifunction data acquisition card like PCI-1712, and the Builder 6。0 C++ software  are used to develop the servo control system。
