摘要：在社会经济不断增长，科技水平飞速发展的今天，信息量在不断的增加，大数据大资源的时代已经成为了必然，信息和数据的传播和更新的速度也是非常之快。在这样一个信息爆炸的时代，资源共享便成为了信息时代人们获取信息最为有效也是最快速的途径。虽然说，资源的共享已经成为了不少政府企业和高校努力的课题。但是，长期以来，资源资料的共享实施起来仍然存在很多的困难，因为现在资源共享网站并非盈利性，导致现有的网站维护不足并且兴新资源网站的发展与创建也存在不足。所以说截止目前为止，我们还没有发挥其应有的便捷性，普遍性和实用性。本课题就是构建一个信息资源与视频文件的共享平台，主要完成的功能是实现文件资源与数据资源的上传与下载。并且学习其他门户网站利用积分鼓励机制调动参与人员的积极性，促进资源的分享与增长，本课题的一个亮点在于在线视频，在线视频的设计有利于更加直观的分享资源，利用视频的直观性更加凸显出作为P2P网站的优势性。所以，网络环境下文献资源共享仍然是我们今天值得去探讨和解决的重要课题，也是我们必须要面对的问题。62180

Abstract：In social and economic growth, the rapid development of science and technology today, the amount of information in constant increase, era of big data resources has become the inevitable, information and data on the propagation and update speed is very fast. In such an era of information explosion, resource sharing has become the most effective way for people to obtain information in the information age. Although said that the sharing of resources has become a lot of government enterprises and universities to work hard. But for a long time, information resources sharing implementation still exist many difficulties, because now the resource sharing website is not profitability, resulting in existing web site maintenance and Xing the development of new resources website and also create problems. So so far, we have not yet played its due convenience, universality and practicality. This task is to build a platform for sharing information resources and video files, the main function is to achieve the file resources and data resources to upload and download. And learning other portal sites using integral encouragement mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the personnel involved in, promote the sharing of resources and growth. One of the highlights of this thesis lies in online video, online video is designed to more intuitive access to shared resources, using intuitive video highlights the advantage as P2P sites. Therefore, the network environment literature resources sharing is still worth to explore and solve the important issue, which we have to face the problem.
