摘要：在计算机技术全面普及和高速发展的状态下，绩效管理系统在企业应用上已经越来越广泛，企业的旧式手工记录的绩效考核管理方式既费时又费力，并逐渐被信息管理系统取而代之。本员工绩效考核管理系统采用的是VS 2010 和SQL SERVER 2008为环境,以无纸化模式进行快捷操作，继而方便广大企业公司员工工作。本文主要从理论和实践两个角度全方位出发，完成企业对员工全部有效数据信息的浏览、查询、编辑和管理等各项简单基本数据库操作，主要实现对员工科研信息、绩效考核考勤以及绩效工资等管理。42048

The Design and Realization of Employee Performance Evaluation System
Abstract: Nowadays, the computer technology is universal and developing rapidly , the performance management system has been more and more widely in the enterprise application, the old manual record of performance appraisal management way is both time-consuming and laborious, and gradually being replaced by the information management system. The employee performance appraisal management system majors in the VS 2010 and SQL SERVER 2008 for the environment, with the paperless mode for quick operation, then work for enterprise employees. This article primarily from two aspects: the theory and practice, complete the enterprise of all employees effective data navigation, interrogating, editing and regulation, and the simple basic database operations, the main realization to the employee information of scientific, the performance review attendance and salary management.
