摘要:电子标签辅助选取是目前倡导的现代智能化物流系统无纸化作业的重要技术,其原理是在每一个货位上安装电子标签,PC机通过总线网络将订单信息传输到电子标签,拣货人员根据电子标签显示的货品数量进行选取,选取完货品后按确认键完成工作。该系统可以弹性地控制选取的流程,加快选取的速度,提高了工作效率,降低错误率,消除传统作业的不便,节省了人力作业和培训的成本。

Simulation of Electronic Eelection of Intelligent Logistics System
Abstract: RFID-assisted selection is currently the advocacy of modern automated logistics system of paperless operations underlying technology, the principle is in each install electronic shelf labels, order information is transmitted over the network to the computer electronic label, picking personnel selection according to the electronic label displays a quantity of goods, picks up after you finish press the Confirm button is to complete its work. The technical requirements are: TL lighting system chosen, through digital technologies to manage the picking process, to achieve standardization and simplification in order picking to increase picking efficiency.The system can be flexibly control the process of picking, increase picking speed, reduce error rates, eliminating inconvenience of traditional job, time and cost savings in human resources and related staff training.
Describes a chosen system CAN bus in intelligent logistics of modern electronic technology in the simulation, the layout tag placed on a large scale and widespread increase in the goods chosen species, enhance the rate of information transfer, reduce the cost of electronic order picking systems possible.
