摘 要 在经济全球化的背景下，我国推出了“走出去”战略。在我国对外直接投资日益增长的今天，其对于我国国民经济的影响将日益增大。当前我国正处于经济新常态的新形势下，促进我国三次产业结构转型升级成为了对外直接投资的重要任务。本毕业论文在分析影响我国对外直接投资的主要因素及其对我国产业结构影响的基础上，就此提出了推进对外直接投资以优化我国产业结构的相应建议。

Abstract

一、引言
（一）研究背景与意义
改革开放以来，我国更加重视“走出去”战略的实施，我国从官方层面上支持我国对外直接投资的开展，且由于目前我国已在部分产业中出现了产能过剩的情况，对外直接投资的加强更具有现实意义，故我国目前已经将“引进来”和“走出去”两大战略置于同等重要的地位。根据商务部发布的最新数据，2015年我国对外直接投资为 1180 亿美元。这体现出，我国对外直接投资对产业结构调整的影响正在逐步增大。
我国的产业结构在转型升级中取得了一定的成绩，但目前存在着第三产业在产业结构比例中所占比重偏低，产业技术水平低等问题。我国在开展对外直接投资时并未实现国内产业结构现代化。政策制定者希望通过加强我国企业的对外直接投资从而对我国的产业结构转型升级提供进一步的支持。本文主要研究我国对外直接投资对我国产业结构调整的影响，为我国在十三五时期如何进行对外直接投资进而带动国内产业结构升级提出相应的政策层面建议。
