宏观调控下房地产企业财务管理研究

摘要改革开放以来，我国的房地产业迅速发展，并逐步成为国民经济的支柱产业，极大地推动了我国的经济增长。然而在此同时，住房市场价格上涨过快，已超过普通购买者的承受能力；住房市场运作不规范，房地产交易秩序混乱等等。这些问题的出现已严重影响我国房地产业的可持续发展。为解决这些突出问题，我国相关部门陆续出台了一些宏观调控政策，政府出台的宏观调控调控政策对房地产企业的财务管理有很大的影响。本论文从筹资、投资、税收等方面对政府宏观调控下的房地产企业的财务管理进行分析，并针对现存问题提出相应的解决方案。10266
