摘 要：自从中国于1999年步入老龄化社会以来，如何解决养老问题已经成为了关系到每个人生活的重要问题。鉴于中国目前常见的4:2:1的家庭模式，社会养老尤其是养老院的发展已经成为了一种不可逆转且极为重要的趋势之一。淮安作为江苏省北方的重要城市，老龄化问题也已经到了一个很严重的地步，通过对淮安目前养老院的研究及分析，也有助于对全国范围内的养老问题提出一些行而有效的方案与措施。在本文之中，综合运用了包括观察法、文献资料法等研究方法，在心理学和经济学的指导分析之下对淮安老人养老倾向进行了分析和讨论，也初步地了解了淮安养老院的发展现状及问题。将公办养老院与民办养老院在一起进行了比较分析，通过各种比较分析提出一些对淮安养老院发展的建议。70899

Abstract：Since China entered the aging society in 1999, how to solve the problem of pension has become an important issue in relation to everyone's life. In view of the common 4:2:1 family model in China, the development of the society, especially the nursing home, has become one of the most important trends.Huaian as an important city in the north of Jiangsu Province, the aging problem has also reached the a very serious situation, through in Huaian currently nursing home research and analysis and suggest the ways in the nationwide pension problem may some and effective solutions and measures. In this paper, the integrated use of the observation method, documents and materials, and other research methods, in psychology and health guidance under the analysis of Huaian aged tendency were analyzed and discussed, but also a preliminary understanding of the current situation and problems of the development of Huaian nursing homes.
