摘要：近年来，随着经济的快速发展，劳动者工资的增长并没有跟上经济的增长，劳动者报酬在收入分配中所占的比重也呈现出下降的趋势。该文运用1998-2007年食用油加工行业的数据，通过计算不同地区企业中收入分配水平、收入分配结构和劳动生产率，比较分析收入分配水平、收入分配结构和劳动生产率的同步性。然后基于收入分配角度，同时兼顾资本装备率和技术进步等影响因素建立模型定量地分析其对劳动生产率的影响，并在此基础上提出相应的建议。64209

Title Correlation between Labor Productivity and Income Distribution--Data from The Edible Oil Processing Industry
Abstract
In recent years，with the rapid development of economic，the growth of wages have not kept pace with the growth of economic. The share of labor compensation in income distribution also showed a downward trend. In this paper，we use the data from the edible oil processing industry to calculate the level of income distribution, income distribution structure and labor productivity, and then analyze the synchronization of the three variables. Based on the angle of income distribution, we take the capital-labor ratio and technological progress into account, and then create a model to analyze their impact on labor productivity. At last, we may give some recommendations according to the result.
