摘要在当前经济全球化背景下，各国家和地区间的贸易摩擦成为一种较为普遍的现象。自中国加入WTO以来，中美经贸联系更加紧密，一些问题也日趋激化，尤其是近几年，中美间的贸易摩擦呈现出了转向和升级的趋势，由传统的反倾销和反补贴更多地转为知识产权领域的争端。本文就中美贸易摩擦问题，首先介绍了贸易摩擦的相关概念，其次利用文献资料阐述了其现状和新的趋势，再结合贸易摩擦方面相关理论，分析了中美贸易摩擦产生的原因，在次基础上，深入探究了中美贸易摩擦的应对策略。63886

Title     The Research on Sino-US trade friction   

  Abstract In the current context of economic globalization, national and inter-regional trade frictions become a more common phenomenon. Since China joined the WTO, China-US economic and trade relations have become closer, but some issues are becoming increasingly intensified. Especially in recent years, Sino-US trade friction shows a trend of steering and escalation, which from the traditional anti-dumping and countervailing more land into the field of intellectual property disputes. On Sino-US trade fiction problem, this article introduced the concepts of trade friction firstly. Second, making the advantage of the literature, I describes the status and new trends. And combined aspects of the theory of trade friction, I analysis of the causes of Sino-US trade friction. The last but not the least, On this basis the article delves into the Sino-US trade friction coping strategies.
