摘 要:为了促进江苏省就业与经济协调发展，对1990-2013年江苏的就业人数和经济总产值进行了单位根检验，协整分析，格兰杰因果检验，得出江苏省第一产业就业人数大幅减少，第二、三产业就业人口数量与第二、第三产业经济增长之间存在长期的均衡协整关系的结论，并且在一段时间内，就业与经济增长是相互促进的，就业促进了江苏省的经济增长，同时经济增长也在一定程度上促进了江苏省的人口就业，由此说明就业与经济增长是有一定的互相促进作用的。从而分析得出加快产业升级，大力发展第三产业，优化就业结构，完善劳动力市场的政策建议，这也是让更多人享受经济增长带来的利益的有效途径。63383

Abstract:In order to promote employment and economic coordination in Jiangsu Province, for 1990--2013 in Jiangsu of employment and economic output were the unit root test, cointegration, Granger causality test, obtain a substantial reduction in employment in the first industry in Jiangsu Province second, the conclusion of long-term equilibrium cointegrating relationship exists between the number of the employed population and tertiary industries and the second, the tertiary industry growth, and within a period of time, employment and economic growth are mutually reinforcing, employment promotion in Jiangsu Province economic growth, while economic growth also contributed to the employment population in Jiangsu Province to a certain extent, thus on employment and economic growth there is a certain role in promoting each other. To analyze the results to accelerate industrial upgrading, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, optimize employment structure, improve the labor market policy suggestions, which is an effective way to let more people enjoy the benefits of economic growth.

1 引言
我国宏观经济发展的目标有：经济增长、充分就业、物价稳定以及国际收支平衡。一直以来，国家对于经济的增长都十分重视，先后提出了“全面建成小康社会”、“经济可持续发展”、“科学发展观”“五年发展计划”等实现经济发展的各项目标和规划，并且在实现经济增长的同时，不忘对民生问题的完善。而民生问题的解决、完善是通过提高居民就业水平来实现的。江苏省是我国各省之中经济发展较快的省份，对国家的经济产出做出了较大的贡献，也带动了就业水平的提高，但就业率上升的幅度却有限，并且近几年出现了就业增长瓶颈的局面。对此，文章将主要分析江苏省自1990年以来的就业率水平的经济增长水平，探讨两者之间是否有显著的影响关系，及制约其发展的原因有哪些，在此基础上提出相应的对策，以全面提高就业水平和经济增长水平。 江苏省就业与经济增长关系的实证研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_69830.html
