摘要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展，经济金融领域的经营管理模式与金融服务方式越来越创新化和多样化。在国家政策的领导下，小额贷款和小额贷款公司以其独特的地位和作用为我国社会主义市场经济的发展与完善贡献出不可忽视的力量。本文根据经济发展的客观趋势，以南京市小额贷款与小额贷款公司的发展为基础，以南京市六合区恒兴农村小额贷款有限公司为范例，考察公司现状，对其经营状况进行分析与评价，寻找存在的问题，并针对问题提出对策和建议，以促进公司进一步发展。53219

Abstract：With the establishment and development of China's socialist market economic system, economic and financial management pattern and financial services are increasingly in the areas of innovation and persification. Under the national policy, micro-credit and micro-finance companies with its unique status and role for the development and improvement of China's socialist market economy contribution to a force to be reckoned with. According to the objective trend of economic development, of Nanjing based on development of micro-credit and micro-finance companies, Luhe district of Nanjing Hengxing rural microfinance limited for example, examining the company, analysis and evaluation of its operational condition, looking for problems, and problem-oriented approaches and recommendations to promote the further development of the company.

1 引言
小额贷款起源于孟加拉国。在上世纪70年代，穆罕穆德·尤努斯教授在孟加拉国创办了孟加拉农业银行格莱珉试验分行，由此形成了格莱珉小额信贷模式并迅速发展。2006年，尤努斯教授因成功创办了孟加拉乡村银行——格莱珉银行，荣获诺贝尔和平奖[1]。
小额贷款是目前国际公认的帮助贫困人口脱贫最行之有效的方式，有利于改善地方金融结构，提高资金配置效率。本文以南京市六合区恒兴农村小额贷款有限公司为分析对象，考察公司现状，分析经营状况，寻找当前所存在的问题，并针对问题提出相关建议及发展对策，以促进公司的发展。
2 恒兴农贷公司现状
