摘要中国自从十一届三中全会实行改革开放，加入WTO国际组织以来，国门开启，市场扩大，经济开放，加大与其余国家来往，国际贸易获得了新的造诣。在开放经济条件下，我国的国际贸易和产业结构都逐渐有了新的变化，新的趋势日益明显。本文将会以EVIEWS软件在现在中国国际贸易和产业格局情况下就国际贸易对产业格局作用颇析，分析后得出国际贸易对产业结构优化有着积极推动作用，并且双方有着稳定的关系，最后在分析的条件下提出具有相关性的对策和建议。因此文章考究国际贸易对产业结构布局调整拥有重要定见。46474

ABSTRACT China since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee implement, the policy of reform and opening to the outside world, accession to the WTO an international organization, opening the door, continue to expand the market, the open economy, traveling to the increase and the rest of the national and international trade obtained the new accomplishment. Under the condition of open economy, China's international trade and the industrial structure has the new changes to show a new trend. In this paper, the status of China's international trade and industrial structure analysis based on, using Eviews software on international trade on the industrial structure adjustment of empirical analysis. Analysis abroad international trade on the optimization of the industrial structure has a positive role in promoting, and the two sides Has a stable relationship, and finally in the analysis of the conditions put forward with the relevance of the countermeasures and suggestions. So this paper studies the influence of foreign trade on industrial structure adjustment has important significance.

第一章 绪论
1.1研究背景及研究意义
自从中国贯彻运用对外开放的计策，进入开启国门走向国际贸易的新领域。尤其二十世纪九十年代以来，随着网络技术等飞速发展，各国的距离逐渐变小，相互间就经济，文化等进一步交流，促进各国各方面的相互学习，相互影响。我国在2001年参加世界贸易组织，成为WTO的正式成员国，深层次地在发放经济条件下加大和世界上其他国家的贸易，中国国门大开，商业市场扩展，随着经济环球化的脚步逐步加大国内外商业的质量。
近年来，更是加大了和新加坡，泰国，沙特等欧洲国家的经济贸易。换言之，又加深了和美国，日本等国家的竞争。2008年8月，美国爆发经融危机，华尔街经融风暴使得世界经济产生了巨大的动荡，严重影响了中国的进口和出口。
中国在经历文化大革命之后新起的脆弱经济，虽然在国际贸易中得到一些改善，但是世界经济的复杂性和不确定性对我国既是机会也是挑战。中国在开放经济条件下，国际贸易越来越多，和世界上各个国家都有不同方面的交易，无论是和欧洲国家的合作，还是和日本美国等竞争都存在双面多层次的影响。从古到今，有许多关于国内外商业对产业布局作用调整的研究论文，然而由于期间的成长和前行，研究并没有确定明确的结论，或者说，在当前经济条件下，之前的论文存在一些数据或者背景的误差，所以，本文想探究国际贸易对产业布局的作用，从而完善学术认识。 国际贸易对产业结构调整影响研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_48186.html
