摘要近几年，跟着互联网等有关技术的日趋成熟和普遍，在“互联网+”背景下金融的商业形式不断完善，对传统的金融业产生很大影响。当前，在竞争激烈的“互联网+”金融环境中，我国商业银行需要生存和发展就必须跟着时局做出相应的转型发展。论文从商业银行传统模式入手，综合研究了在“互联网+”背景下对商业银行传统模式造成的改变，探究了在“互联网+”金融环境模式下我国的商业银行传统模式转变措施。笔者以为，互联网金融模式将商业银行传统模式的盈利形式和服务形式产生改变响，使得金融脱媒速度变快了，同时加快了市场的利率化革新的进程速度，增强资源设置的效率，削弱商业银行传统模式利钱的盈利，严重影响传统银行经营、服务的看法、经营方式和目标群体。通过对商业银行发展的背景，总结出商业银行在如今竞争环境下的优势与劣势，从而提出发展商业银行的转型策略。46157

ABSTRACT
In recent years, along with the Internet technology becomes more mature and widespread, "Internet plus" under the background of financial business model of continuous improvement, has a great influence on the traditional financial pattern. At present, in the fierce competition in the "Internet plus" financial environment, China's commercial banks need to survive and development must follow the situation and make the corresponding transformation and development.This paper starts from the commercial bank, a comprehensive analysis of the impact of commercial banks in the "Internet +" background, discusses the transformation and development measures of China's commercial banks in the "Internet +" financial background. Through the analysis, this paper argues that the Internet banking will commercial bank profit model and service model of impact, speed up financial disintermediation, to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, reduce bank interest income, a serious impact on the traditional banking business, service concept, marketing channels and customer groups. Through the background of the development of commercial banks to sort out, summed up the commercial banks in the current competitive environment with the advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the development strategy of commercial banks.
