摘要存款保险是市场经济条件下保护存款人利益的重要举措，是金融安全网的重要组成部分，对深化金融改革，文护金融稳定，促进我国金融体系健康发展起重要作用。《存款保险条例》的出台，为建立和规范存款保险制度提供了明确的依据。本文以存款保险制度的风险分担问题为切入点，深入研究了各国的存款保险制度的风险分担问题。本文第一部分为导论，阐述本研究的选题背景、研究目的以及研究方法。第二部分介绍了建立存款保险制度的理论基础。第三部分描述我国存款保险制度，以及存款保险风险分担现状。第四部分对各国存款保险制度进行了比较并总结出各国成功的风险分担机制。第五部分对提出我国存款保险制度的提出有关建议。30280

Title    International Comparative Study in Risk-sharing  Issue of Deposit Insurance System                  
Abstract
Under the conditions of market economy, deposit insurance is an important measure to protect the benefit of depositors. It is an important component of the financial safety net and plays an important role to deepen financial reform, maintain financial stability and promote the healthy development of China's financial system. Introduction of "Deposit Insurance" provides a clear basis for the establishment and regulate deposit insurance system. This paper puts the risk-sharing issue of deposit insurance system as a topic and in-depth studies risk-sharing issue of deposit insurance system in several countries. The first part is an introduction to explain this research background, research purpose and research methods. The second part introduces deposit insurance system theory. The third section. The fourth part compares deposit insurance system in several countries and summarizes successful risk-sharing mechanisms. The fifth part describes the risk-sharing issue of deposit insurance system in China and presents the proposals for our deposit insurance system.
