摘要：绿色贸易壁垒是发达国家以保护生态资源和人类健康为借口，对他国设置的一系列苛刻的环保法规和技术标准，来保护国内市场的措施。绿色贸易壁垒对我国在国际竞争力，污染产业转移，企业海外投资等方面有很大的负面影响,因为它不仅限制了我们的出口市场范围，影响了出口产品的增长速度，而且还导致国外的低级产业转移到我国，对我国的环境造成破坏。因此，政府应该从完善宏观制度措施、制定属于我国特色的环境标准、调整产业结构、改变贸易结构这几方面来出发，解决绿色贸易壁垒对我国出口的负面影响，促进我国经济又好又快发展。29928

The Negative Effects of Green Trade Barriers on China's Exports

Abstract: Green trade barrier is the developed countries as an excuse to protect ecological resources and human health, to other countries, set up a series of strict environmental regulations and technical standards, measures to protect the domestic market. Green trade barrier to our country in the international competitiveness, pollution industry transfer, the company has a lot to the negative impact of overseas investment and so on, because it not only restricts the scope of our export market, has affected the growth of export products, but also lead to low-level industry transferred to our country abroad, damage to our environment. Therefore, the government should improve the system of macroscopic measures, making belongs to the characteristic of environmental standards, adjust the industrial structure, change the trade structure of this a few aspects to set out, to solve the negative impact of green trade barriers on Chinese export, promote the sound and rapid economic development of our country.
