中韩FTA对中国农产品出口韩国的潜在影响

摘要在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的大形势下，区域贸易组织正风靡全球。全球各国都在谋划自由贸易区，力求降低交易成本、促进生产要素自由流动、充分发挥市场的自动调节作用。韩国、中国同属于亚洲东部贸易大国，地理位置上隔海相望，两国贸易稳步上升。为进一步扩大双边贸易，双边于2012年正式启动自贸区谈判，并于2014年11月份签订关于中韩自由贸易协定（FTA）谅解。28470
本文回顾中韩 FTA谈判的历史背景、谈判进程的基础上，首先分析了中韩FTA谈判的经济动机，并进一步从市场占有率、出口结构进行了中国对韩国出口农产品的竞争力分析及产品结构。接着，进一步分析了中韩FTA给中国农产品出口韩国带来的可能影响。最后，根据研究结论，结合中韩农产品贸易中存在的问题，围绕中韩FTA内容，给出了进一步扩大中国对韩出口农产品的建议。关键词：中韩FTA 农产品出口竞争力产品结构

Title The Potential Impacts of China-South Korea FTA on Chinese Agricultural Exports to Korea
Abstract
Under the trend of economic globalization and regional economic integration, regional trade organizations are becoming worldwide popular. Every country is working on the free trade zone to reduce trade transaction costs, enhancethefree flow of productive elements and highlight the market’s function of automatic adjustment. As major trading nations of East Asia, China and South Korea are close neighbors across the sea, and the bilateral trade volume has been on the rise. In order to further expand bilateral trade scale, China and South Korea officially launched the negotiation on FTA in 2012, and signed a memorandum of understanding on it in 2014.
This passage, based on the historical background of FTA as well as the process of this negotiation, analyzes the economic incentives of FTA at the beginning, and illustrates both the competitiveness and structure of agricultural products exported to South Korea from China by investigating the market share and the export structure. Then, this passage also describes the probable influence on the export of agricultural products from China to South Korea brought by FTA. Finally, according to the conclusion of this research combining with the problem existing in the agricultural trade between China and South Korea and surrounding the content of FTA, the passage come to a suggestion-expanding the scale of exporting agricultural products to South |Korea from China.
