摘要 近几年跨境电商的兴起和发展为跨境电商模式的创新和改变提供了一个广阔的空间，扩大了其自由度。B2B2C作为一种新型的集B2B、B2C为一体的综合型跨境电商模式，受到了广大人们的关注和青睐，同时也被国内外很多企业所运用。然而目前对B2B2C模式跨境电商平台的发展的研究并不全面深入，大多只停留在某个领域。文章从消费者的视角出发，将B2B2C与B2C模式平台进行对比，来分析跨境电商平台在B2B2C模式中扮演第二个B时展现的优势和存在的问题。并且借鉴B2B2C模式跨境电商平台成功的案例经验，再结合当下B2B2C模式跨境电商平台存在的问题来研究得出使其实现持续发展的对策。88243
