摘要：随着世界经济高度一体化，外商直接投资在我国的地位愈发重要，已然成为了我国经济成分的重要组成部分。同时从2005年汇改开始，汇率波动对外商直接投资有着一定的影响。因此探究人民币汇率波动对外商直接投资的影响具有现实的意义。本文首先阐述了研究此经济课题相应的背景和意义，在搜集相关文献对FDI与人民币汇率的发展现状进行了解以后，接着分析人民币汇率的发展状况与外商直接投资的发展状况，然后在已有的基础上建立模型，通过单位根检验、协整检验来进行人民币汇率对FDI的实证探讨，最终得出人民币汇率波动对于外商直接投资的有关结论，并对此提出相应的政策建议。84736

The RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuations on the Impact of FDI in China

  Abstract：With highly integrated world economy, the foreign direct investment becomes increasingly important status in our country, it has become the important parts of our country economy ingredients。 Starting in 2005 at the same time, the exchange rate volatility has a certain influence foreign direct investment (fdi)。 So the effects of the RMB exchange rate fluctuations foreign direct investment (FDI) has realistic meaning at first, this paper expounds the study the economic issues relevant background and significance of collecting relevant literature to understand the present situation and problems of FDI and the development of the RMB exchange rate, and then analysis the development situation of the RMB exchange rate and the development of foreign direct investment situation, and then based on the existing model, through the unit root test, cointegration test to carry on the empirical study of the RMB exchange rate on FDI, finally it is concluded that the RMB exchange rate fluctuations for foreign direct investment related conclusion，And put forward the corresponding policy recommendations。
